For all those helpless souls who lost their lives in an avoidable tragedy off the coast of Africa. May your souls find some peace, and may your grieving families find some as well. The Joola It was back to school time, so they boarded the Joola. Excited Senegalese children. It was back to work time, so they boarded the Joola. Hard-working Senegalese parents. But no one was counting and the count was too high on an unseaworthy craft upon which so many would die.
