This is my last of incarnations my last chance of soul salvation this is the reason that I came that I might be, forever changed I do not care what I might lose like watching colors fade from bruise and yes the cost is dear to pay the pain to watch another day...fade... simple reasoning is lost balance of the scales of cost I see things a different way-- I live to love another day. and heat of me will melt the frost and fertilize the breed of moss. All that I am, I give away, to gain to watch another day...fade... In this twilight in my mind the peace of darkness hard to find I search for word I long to say watching laughter dance and play... The clock is ticking on the wall- the sun comes up--grows shadow tall. In this rhythm, rock and sway... I weep. I moan. And then I pray- amazed....I birth, another day dismay...with set of sun....I fade... [This message has been edited by serenity (edited 02-10-2001).] |

the eye in the sky watching with sigh’s and your butterfly’s of passion cry’s absorbed in smile because every once in a while a star will twinkle like wink with a wrinkle so take breath and sigh it’s the wrinkle of your wink in the corner of your eye i think or is that just pink eye no… it must be the sun reflecting in your butterfly’s |

I love your writing especially lately...*s...Serenity, it was a coincidence that I wrote and posted Another Night's Fade...I hadn't even seen your poem or title..but was working on a dark poem for my *friend*...I apologize if it seems I have taken part of your title...huggss Maureen "The worst prison would be a closed heart". ...Pope John Paul II [This message has been edited by nakdthoughts (edited 05-25-2001).] |
