It's another pitiless fate you've found
over here, forgetting your duty and
scoffing at their commands and gifts for you.

Now what have you done, lost yourself in
a forest of melancholy and a tempest of
selfish indulgant sloth.

God have mercy tomorrow at noon...

"If history is to change, let it change. If the world is to be destroyed, so be it. If my fate is to die, I must simply laugh"

i really liked this piece and i wanted to say please don't hold the piece " the Death of a Nation' againstme, it was not meant to be on paper.I hadn't intended on it sounding like a activist speech.it wasn't oneof my better ones. But i always find your pieces of poetry always makes me look a little deeper into myself.Well done once again!!

Your writing surely makes one think. No speed reading on your words, each one needs to be read and understood.

Truths, Lies and Imagination,
The way my life has been
The person that I truly am,
Is very rarely seen. ©das
