The chain of pain is endless Each loop strong and hard Forged with hot ore Turned frigid cold Links tightly bound together Unyielding strength binds Threads of steel Binding pain Loop by loop Link by link A chain is only as strong as it's weakest link Or is the weakest link the strongest? |

Succinct and well crafted. Very, very nice. ~wranx "Writing is a perfectly natural thing to do....just remember to wash your hands afterward"....Heinlein. |

This poem is deserving of more comment than it received, so I'll say again...very nice. Now, write about the pain, not the chain. It is right there, waiting to be commited to paper. Start the pen, it wants to be written. ~wranx |

I like this chain, even when I get wrapped in it and start seeing strange colors and ... uh ... yes, very cool! She said burn ... together. |

Ooh, mind-trippy and moody. I most definitely approve. Feel my angsty reachiness! |

Ditto all of the above... ~Tier "I shall never bond again, as I have bonded with you..." |

Okies. May I just say how much I miss your work? Loved this, Lady. I will not bend to the cowardice of a silent judgement. |
