Never did I want this Never for you Never meant to destroy us Now it seems that we're through I held much to tightly For someone so frail You slipped through my fingers I was destined to fail I let you so close With passing day Till you loved me completely Then I cast you away I pushed you too hard Why couldn’t I see That your love never faltered The problem was me |

OK, I'm REALLY confused at this point. Your poems are really good. What I am confused about is, are you and Neala together or SUPPOSED to be together, and there is like kind of an over the internet poetry conflict thingy going on where you all are like breaking up or trying to work things out and you are writing letters about who did what and who's to blame for the problems in the relationship? Correct me if I'm wrong but that is what I got out of the replies on Neala's poems and on yours also. And the poems send off those signals also. But you both are wonderful writers! If you are having relationship problems, just take some time to get things worked out, if you both have been together for a long time and you love each other, things will work out. Love is like a flower, if you don't water it, it will wilter and die, so saying this in a different way, if you both don't put enough into the relationship it will be like the flower and die. Love isn't always easy, but things will get better, but only you can make it better. LP1 |
