Dark freedom I turn to walk away finally putting an end to all of it I hear nothing, for I have shut out the world Nothing, you say will stop me now go ahead have your little fit I don’t really care what you tell me Am I to believe that at this late date I really count I am just a little something on the dish of life They say life Is what you make of it Then I have wasted my life Choosing to walk alone except with my new friends I am choosing a new path away from the warmth of the light Into the shadows of darkness of my earth-bound hell Turning the once clear ice of my heart Into BLACK ICE of a cold heart Putting an end to this life that you have come to know I would be doing you a favor for there is no room in this life for you Or are you too blind to see There is no word you can say to me That out thunders your silence Your silence gets louder So I think I will go, setting you free You would be free ~ I’ll be out of your way After all it isn’t me that interests you So I will go now, taking me out of your misery Taking you out of my world ©alan 12/16/01 |

This is probly the longest pout on record. It is however a insight of how we recoil from the things that cause us pain. paladin |

Very, very sad. A good read, though. I liked these lines: So I will go now, taking me out of your misery Taking you out of my world And the bit about silence I loved. I hope you're doing better my friend. Good luck with thsi life. If I can do anything, let me know. Sincerely, Titus The Sun Always Rises. |
