Just a pile of rubbish To be taken with the trash, Into plastic bags they stash, Carted away at last. The chairs got looks, No one touched the books, The dresser taken by crooks, Then dipped in rain brooks. The truck came at first light, All just sitting there overnight, Loaded up and taken from sight, New door lock shining bright. Returning to a complete eviction, Finalized the total destruction. ~Sighing~ at the gloominess of this one. I shall almost be doing the same when I use that dumpster soon enough.. but out of conviction instead of eviction... this one hit the spot today, as gloomy I have become. I had a long conversation with an old friend about the dumping of friendships... huggsss to you PG ~Wynter "The worst prison would be a closed heart". |

Thank you, Nakdthoughts, Always nice when a poem stimulates a memory Or an emotion. Convictions can be costly, but their lack even more so. Thank you, Tiersdin Gloom |
