Sonnet of pain and fear of death

In the hospital his liver will fail,
But when the alcohol starts to set in,
Then all the feelings of problems will bail.
And then he just starts to drink too much again.

He doesn't understand the pain he sends,
The very one it will hit the hardest,
Is the one that just might not let it mend.
Hopefully danger will be of interest.

For alas she hopes the fear won't be true,
Fear and pain are a bad combination,
She doesn't understand why he acts crude.
Maybe it's just fear and desperation.

More than thirty-six years of alcohol,
The pain of father and daughter is all.

i wrote this one at like 2 am when i was at my friends house... we were like thinking of songs to write.. when i started writing this and turned it into a sonnet

I enjoyed this one. I wouldn't know much about a Sonnet, but it was ok.

I was born myself, raised myself, and will continue to be myself. The world will just have to adjust.

I'm in love with my shadow
I admire it daily
