Today mom left for Finland
She told you watch us because she’s scared

Today I went swimming
And saw your face
It was swimming with me
I saw you smiling at me cause I was enjoying my summer again

Summers aren’t the same without you
Cause there’s no more trips like I’d like it
Everyone goes in his or her own direction now
No one stays at home

If I could get you to come down here
I’d love it because maybe everything would be different?
But you have a better home in Heaven
Even though I miss seeing your face everyday

I remember everything that you did
And how you impacted in my life
I wish I could thank you
Or am I thanking you by still loving you?

Yes Minna, your love shows all your thanks already. His memory in you lives more and more and I see this in every poem that you write. Such beautiful words. I hope I could love as much as you do. You are such an inspiration. Keep sharing
