My mind's confused, my heart's abused, my soul,
Now wiser than it ought to be in mine
Own mind and heart, a thorn for it to dole
Unto my mind, this new idea is thine.
The words from you, the thoughts, th'uncharted worlds
Within my mind and from my soul of fears,
Do strike my heart and batter my bones as swords
With handle great and blades of vicious tears.
The storm of thoughts, the thunder great and harsh,
Cascades my mind with rivers old and blood
Not seen since darken'd stories told 'round hearth
Of night and read on page, the eyes to flood.
My mind's confused, my heart's unused, my soul
It's darken'd weapon from depths, does fiercely dole.

Frac isn't nice to hear that your poem makes albert think about THINGS? I think about things too when I read your poem
