Have you ever loved a person,
Like you’ve loved no other?
Have you savored their touch,
And wished for another?

Have you ever seen the way,
That their eyes sparkle in the light?
Have you ever held them close,
And wished for one more night?

Have you ever touched their face,
And adored everything you saw?
Have you ever kissed their lips,
And wished you had no flaw?

Have you ever had a love,
That ripped at the seam?
Have you ever loved a person,
And wished it wasn’t a dream?

I have.....but it wasn't a dream....I liked the poem though. You write well.

I was born myself, raised myself, and will continue to be myself. The world will just have to adjust.

I'm in love with my shadow
I admire it daily

yes i have, and when i kissed my "prince charming" he turned back into a frog. great poem though... i love it.
