"The Night is Calling" The night is calling Set me free Danger’s dance Wont’ let me be Like the wind I run Hopeing to escape My forgoten fears And loathsome fate The mirky depths Summon me Telling me to join them And my soul shall be set free For the night is calling Upon the wind Telling me That with it my pain shall end Upon this path Beneath the darkened sky Dieing slowly No matter how I try Sensing illusions Cast by the shadows Resiting tempations But how long can I last? Questioning all that’s real Not knowing what do do I wait within this darkened night For you to come And guide me home For the night is calling It's too bad I'm not as wonderful a person as people say I am, because the world could use a few people like that. I liked this very much. It's not your best, but it's still good. I was born myself, raised myself, and will continue to be myself. The world will just have to adjust. |
