Howdy Howdy! lol I wrote this one just last night. I was thinking about the person I kind of like, but until last nite didn't realize how much I really do like her... I'd never give this to her, though, cause she would probably end up going with me just because she feels bad, and that would just suck. Anyway, this is probably a situation that many of you have gone through, but this is how I feel. Let me know what you think!

CONSIDER THIS

What's up with this?
It can really hurt
I know you're newly single
But do you have to flirt?

I've liked you for a while
I always thought you knew
Apparently you didn't
But now I guess you do

You like to joke around
But I wish that it was more;
The way you got so close to me
I walked you to your door

You're single once again
But I bet I'll be overlooked
You've got guys in line for you
It seems you're overbooked

Every guy seems better
More attractive, more outgoing
I guess I don't look too great
And my shy side's often showing

I hope you will concider
Taking a chance with me
And I hope that you will think
Of all that we could be

I REALLY think you should give this to her...she may not realize you like her that way.....maybe she wishes you did......I hope you give it to her.....every girl wants poetry written for her.....it's beyond romantic in my eyes.....

I don't think you should give this to her cuz it's not safe. Who knows what she'd say. Some people are scared off that way and she is newly single then getting with you would be her rebound. You don't wanna be a rebound.
As for the poem, it rocked. I really liked it. I have been through this....what did I do to get the girl? I gave her a poem *snickers*
