In an upside-down garden

I didn't think you'd listen,
when i told you how I felt,
about the whole thing with Jesica,
and how I felt like it was my fault,
and how I never called,
and it was killing me inside,
but you listened to every word,
and the boy who always made me laugh,
couldn't think of anything to say,
except "It's not your fault, It's not your fault,
there was nothing you could've done"
and listen to me cry as I lay,
on the cold tile floor,
in the kitchen.
And because you told me it's not my fault,
I believe you now,
like I knew I needed to,
and the weight of the world,
that was on my shoulders,
has vanished from above,
because I used to cry about her,
every single day,
sometimes twice a day,
but I haven't cried,
since Friday,
since you told me,
"it wasn't your fault",
and you took my pain away.

I FINALLY TOLD HIM!!!!!!!
I am soooooooooooo extremely proud of myself, and I told him,
and then I cried and he didn't know what to say except he soothed me
and it was all better.
And he is a keeper!

Well done.....Wow this was so very emotional. I could feel this. I liked it a lot.
