This is a really harmonious poem Allan. I am in a bit of shock that no one had replied to it!!! Its funny I never actually thought about my shadow like that. A nice ode all the same. As per usual, great work. ~AF~ "Do not dwell in the past, do not dream of the future, concentrate the mind on the present moment." Buddha |

Nice one here....... I was born myself, raised myself, and will continue to be myself. The world will just have to adjust. I'm in love with my shadow I admire it daily |

Nice to see you scaled up in your poems... I have to say that "the light is not my form my form is only you" that was the best part of the poem and concluded with it made this poem all the better keep searching for that light... it will construct beautiful poems.. ~JDR "Is it love in my gut, or piss in my bladder?" -Allan Riverwood |

Very nice. In the first stanza, I thought you were talking about a dog. hehehe But then I caught on. xoxo Jenn "A person can never get over a broken heart if they aren't willing to let go of all of the pieces."-- ?? |

What would this world be without shadows? I don't know. Not but seriously this is a very good piece. I will admit I didn't know what you were talking about until the 4th stanza, though. ( I was thinking dog too ) But any ways... Good job ~Jason "Every body has their destiny... I'LL CHOOSE MY OWN ~Hatebreed~ |
