I'm in a battle I can't possibly win.
It's a battle for love, wits, and courage.
The very thought of what I've gotten into,
Makes me want to crawl away within.

I cannot hide anymore.
For my one love is out there,
fighting for me.
What to do?.....

There he lays,
Helpless as a newborn.
It's now my job to protect him.
I must win this for only him.

She must be crazy.
Crazy for me?...
That's what drives her on,
Into the very heart of the battle.

I love him and that's what matters now.
No time for tears,
No time for sorrow.
But what if I die?.....

I had a dream once that I could fly and I laughed at everyone and kicked them in the back of the head because they couldn't fly too.

I thought this poem was written well. I enjoyed it very much. When it comes to love and the like.....one can always be afriad....and there's always the question whether you'll fail or succeed....but one must always try....regardless of internal death and failure....regret is the worst....but turning your back on love is by far more painful in the end.

I was born myself, raised myself, and will continue to be myself. The world will just have to adjust.
