Heavens Tears

Like a wildflower blowing in the warm summers breeze I look up and thank God for my lifes newfound ease It will not last: It never has or will And I know this is true as clouds race over the hill Then in an instant, this raging storm bounds me Howling winds blow, and the familiarity astounds me Because I know I have been through this many times before But still each time it seems to hurt me more and more Then the sky opens up and a calm rain begins to fall These tiny spears sting my face till I can feel nothing at all Washing away the tears, on my stained cheeks Until in the distance, the sacred sun peeks The storm called my life has struck once again And I know in my heart that its far from the end... *If the only place I can live my dreams is in my sleep, then I'll sleep forever!* |

Ditto LoveBug. I couldn't have said it better myself This is a very well written poem. Just remember to keep smiling  --Marie subconsciously, i think i can eat so much to make my stomach hurt, instead of my heart. |
