Alright everyone i am very sorry for what i said and i say that from my heart. It is just that Allan is my friend and anyone who doesnt like his work or gets sick of it makes me very made. Because without allans poetry, words, and senryus i would be lost in the world right now and i truly mean that. So when san said that i got upset because of how much what allan does means to me. I know what i did was wrong of me and i should have kept it to myself. I am very over-protective of my friends and what i said was very wrong of my to say. SAn you were only stateing your opinion and i bashed you for it. Please forgive me and if you cant then i will understand. Wow, look at all the replies you've gotten in just a few minutes! OK, this could open up the issue again of when is it appropriate to say something. I don't think San was really bashing his work, he's just stating the fact that he is personally getting tired of them. I'm not getting tired of them, but I think San has just the same right to say he is as I do to say that I'm not. opinions dont matter lake. and yes, it was mine personal thought I am getting sick of senryus. i said it just in case i dint reply to them or something i wouldnt be seen like the devil incarnated in san. that OBVIOUSLY didnt work and was asked to leave the board. so thats what i get. -------------------- in replys to allan post under this (he doesnt want us to use more than one post in his string) *bump < !signature--> San, the wise San, the dumb San, the guy... OK......well if you didn't know San is my PERSONAL best friend.....physical..he goes to school with me. So yea i'm gonna have to side with him. Not against anybody though, but for the sake of his protection and reputation. Angel, completely out of line there. San was simply stating something that was meant for the well being of some people who just DO NOT LIKE senryu's. Now.....I like them........why? Cuz I don't have to read much......it has some meaning, and it's a quick post to tally up and onto the next poem. Quick, simple, and yea I like that. But hey, we have to keep one thing straight here at ALL times, and this goes for myself included.........RESPECT OTHER PEOPLE'S OPINIONS. Just because he stated that he's sick of senryu's, which he is......he complains about it all the time in school, doesn't mean you have to yell at him and tell him to LEAVE passions. Believe me, if San is kicked off Passions, or forced to leave by any one of you, so will I. Why? Well because then that special magic that this place would had would have left. That thing that Passions means to us all would have vanished into thin air. Our love for each other and respect for who we are as writers and people would simply just not be there, and all due to us telling a member to leave this forum. Please let's all chill out and calm down. Like fractal said "to each his own.." Nuff said.  < !signature-->I was born myself, raised myself, and will continue to be myself. Oh, for the power of a moderator, to close this dark chapter of our lives... why oh why could i have done this? All that I ever wanted to do was join a forum of friends, post a few poems and gain feedback. Now I find that because of my routine Senryu writing you all are tearing one another to pieces. Please cease this silliness. Nobody has to leave this place, this is a family. We sometimes fight or disagree, but that is NO reason to leave. San, Angel, and everyone else who was sucked into this, please just put this into the past. I feel responsibility to bring this to closure, as my name appears on what was intended to be nothing more than a small poem to share, but turned into all of this nonsense. Close this chapter of our existences. The End. |
