everyone I know this is really bad but I have no inspiration what so ever so considering that here I go. Fly into the sky my child, dont look back no more. For life has a new meaning now, go my child, soar! Reach the stars along the way if you dare to see. Fly my child, fly but do not look at me. See where you are going and do not be afraid. I promise you that .....no harm shall come your way. Fly my child fly, until you reach the sky. And do not turn back now, .......... for you have learned to fly To do anyting LESS then your BEST is to SACRIFICE the GIFT!!! |

Angel in Flight, I'm of the opinion that the only really bad writing is the writing that you didn't do, particularly when you're trying to figure it out. I've started things that I didn't know how to finish and sometimes they ended up in a very interesting place. Sometimes they didn't get finished and they were just fine anyway. True, you may not always want to share everything you write, because you don't think much of it, but don't stop writing. You can always throw the ugly stuff away, but only after you've written it. Meh, we all have inspirational plunges *coughcoughMELASTWEEKcoughcough* I recommend that you take the time to read more of the poetry posted in this forum, think about the meanings, and pick up some interesting rhyme schemes and go with them. But as for this piece, it wasn't bad at all, I don't see what you are being so hard on yourself for.
