In my head, I’ve got this vision
Of the “perfect” guy
And the “perfect” way
For him to ask me out:

Sitting in class, reading a book
Suddenly I hear my name
To go to the office
When I get there, a rose.

Attached, is a note
“Tamma, this was the best
Way I could think to do this . . .
Will you go out with me?”

i dont know if i should cry because its over, or smile because it happened

That is sweet. I liked this a lot... although I am seriously beginning to doubt whether there is a perfect guy... just kidding. But great job on the poem.

that is pretty perfect...I think it would be so romantic if he like sent you flowers in the middle of class...cept at my school...we aren't aloud to send flowers, balloons, anything of that sort to someone at/during school...they just won't take them!! Well anyway, totally cool poem, keep writing!!
