This poem is really good, and its really really sad...i read the second part too, its really scary the reality of this horror we live in.

nice! You expressed this quite well. Considering this poem was brought about in a time where the situation actually occured in Cali, i think it's great. You have wondeful thoughts in this one, but sad ones at that.
Hopefully this situation does NOT happen ever again.

I was born myself, raised myself, and will continue to be myself. The world will just have to adjust.

I'm in love with my shadow
I admire it daily
