I still have the blues (A Blues song ) By Richard Maxfield 1-24-2001 Fell in love years ago I just don’t know Now years have past Since I seen you last In heart ach pain I don’t know what to do I still have the blues for you The pain I feel Just wont heal Hole in my heart Now were apart Tell me please I don’t know what to do I still have the blues for you I wake at night In terrible fright A cold cold sweat I’m not over you yet Tear drops fall I don’t know what to do I still have the blues for you When will my ear No longer hear Will your face Not haunt this place Will rest ever come I don’t know what to do I still have the blues for you Echoes of mine Of another time Once rang so sweet Now knock me off my feet On my knees I don’t know what to do I still have the blues for you Reflections I see Of you and me Back ageist the wall Tears fall When will they fade I don’t know what to do I still have the blues for you When day breaks My heart aches When will I heal No more pain I feel Standing alone I don’t know what to do I still have the blues for you |

well let me start off by saying welcome to this place of words and song. we could always use a few more songs here personally. this was a nice song, though at times it dragged a little and the length was a touch long. imagery was wonderful, but the energy was a little weak behind it. at least that's what I see. look it over a bit and see what you can do. It has potential written all over it. |
