The trouble with me, is my conflicting views. And it's twice the distortion when I'm confronted by you. I'm swimming in my own voice, saying, "We're just friends." But pictures of you are echoing wants of "might have beens." I'm struggling for lack of breathing~ screaming~ seething~ dreaming... ...that's the trouble with you. Thanks Cerenity. Yeah this particular person certainly has my spinning in conflicting circles! (?) But that's how it feels and I'm almost addicted to the confusion of it! Make sense? Probably not! Anikay excellent poem...and yes your view points make quite a lot of sense to me actually. i think sometimes we are attracted to the confusion and newness of a relationship, be it just friendship or more. you have penned your thoughts wonderfully here.
