Wishes Wish on a star and wish on the moon Will my wishes come true fairly soon I don’t ask for riches or impossible goals All I want is my heart to stay whole I’ve had enough of heartache sad tears I want to see the back of childish fears Am I asking too much wishing too hard? Hoping that my destiny will be starred Wishes found in pools wish from a well Will my wishes steer me away from hell? I don’t desire wealth or to seek out fame All I want is for love to speak my name I’ve waited so long in the shadow’s night All I want is to see loves flame so bright Is that a dream that’s too much to ask? To see loves smiling behind your mask Wishes scattered in dreams wish me luck Will my wishes mean by love I’m struck? I don’t want a lot, almost nothing at all All I want is for love into my heart to fall I watched others dreams bud and flower All I want is to feel loves heat and power Is that a selfish wish, too priceless a gift? Kari love, thank you dear heart, okay I won't look, I promise. (But won't I fall down a lot of holes if I'm not looking!) Well, if I do dear heart you can help me up again. Paula love, well if he's out there, I'm not looking because apparently that's the best way to find someone. My experience is if you meet all the wrong ones when you keep your eyes peeled, what happens when you don't? I don't actually have much hope. But we'll see.
