she will ever remember his abuse & assaults forever... she would forever remember his fear and ever know his abuse which would escalate to even levels higher if questioned.. She never tried to negotiate with him for fear of physical harm and his weird sexual pleasures... He would force negotiation & or confrontation which would only lead to his personal leisures, leaving her in tears... He kept her in the dark about every thing... Money, etc. What more is there to say... He isolated her from the world where we live today... When his father stuck his hand up under her dress & touched her private parts, he commanded her to never ever tell a soul... Then while she was at work on a day he killed her favorite son for crying and carrying on, then forced her to help him bury him in the basement of a low rented apartment when he moved her to the mountains where the closest neighbor was about thirty miles away and he left her no car and three other infants to care and fear for... Should I say... or carry on..? A true story sorry to say ~ [This message has been edited by lucky (edited 01-19-2001).] |

I didn't want to let this slip by and many of you may have read it already... It's actually about two women who are very dear to me that I've know for a couple of decades or more. What I really wanted to say and project was how their lives were/are forever changed. No therapy can ever return them. One has been in a hospital for about six years now the other is... Well, she's surviving... Is it a wonder why I question my fellow..? Sincerely dale |

I know these two women too, and their stories, sweetheart, and I think this is an important poem, because people, especially caring people like poets, really should know that such atrocities can and do exist. Bravo for putting it all into words, my darling husband. . The spiritual wind that holds survivors aloft, plants the seeds from which bloom new hope ... R.J.G. |

Dale~ I'm so sorry to hear this, it is such a tragic true story, my heart goes out to them. You would indeed never get over this or through it. These kind of stories really make you think about how lucky you are and I am surely blessed floating winged ~HUGS~ to all Tracie~ Love is the life of the soul... It is the harmony of the universe |
