Love me not for what you see I am so much more than what meets the eye............ Love me not for what you think I should be I am perfect just as I am - me Love me not for what you can change, distort, or manipulate about me Only I can change myself, if I so choose Love me not for what you wish to gain monetarily I bring to you my heart and soul, that is treasure enough Love me, just love me as I love you.......... I wonder how many there are who actually believe in unconditional love these days, and I wonder how many who's belief once was strong is fading... Wonderful writing. Anything the heart has to say is always worth a listen. Can I be your willful breeze, Come to touch, Your heart to ease? |
