Humpty, rumpty saddles
flogging at the meat
lushflesh oyster
sweaty toilet seat

"god mother
your holiness tether tie me
to your rosebud bosom
deuteronomy and upchuck my spirit"

second coming is near
the god book says
or lather seeds it from bullpit
with lezbeauty unjustice for all

something smells fishery
in the winery bowel
the youthcarest my tongue
kneeling, icon circumcise my heart

Amen

OK well...I'm confused but don't take it personally, I've killed a few more brain cells than I should've. Nonetheless, I enjoyed the difference of this so will bump you in appreciation.

Alas, I understood it! From such youthful education, rises memories tinged in a yellow flicker.

JB- well this isn't your pantun - (chuckles)
I loved this word play fun but i also got a message each time I read it but I'll be darned if I can express that message in words but the feeling was almost of sadness at the world the persona sees around him and a prayer to he doesn't know who ...best I can do -had no sleep in last 24 hrs -

I had a problem with this line
'or lather seeds it from bullpit' is this part of the word play or it lather a typo for rather and/or is seeds(depending on my former) s/b sees - just curious.
But I had great fun and loneliness (maybe uneasiness is the word) - reading it ..
Panne
will keep looking for ur pantun

My gracious, all kinds of truth with 'life events, conundrums' interwoven within. This is a work of art, I think. Ya know, I think there may be much more here than you know and than I can see.

Everyone...I can't thank you enough for your readings and comments!

Panne...this line:

"or lather seeds it from bullpit"

might be translated as:

"or (r)ather seeds [as in sowing seeds, or more vulgar as in mating bulls...(l)ather...soapy...see?] from the (pul)pit or (bullpit...if you go with a more vulgar interpretation)...this line more accurately describing sowing of words from the pulpit...indoctrination...as one might sow seeds. However...I like your take on it too:

"or rather sees if from bullpit"

...it adds new depth and meaning.
