The appearance here is minimal
Brief, for all it tries to be
Pretending while becoming transparent
Yet everyone still allowed to see
The portrayal, while temporary,
Is thus all the more adored
And infinite in its grace
Where each memory is stored
Time and space does not exist
Compared to the absolute
One can’t buy what one cannot barter
This, the eternal truth
Gradually all things are lost
And faded from mortal eyes
Like water between the hands
Like death even, when we die
Pointless in the end of it all
Making life less miserable
I feel as if a rumor of a whole
As I am becoming, invisible

Then why, pray tell me, do memories feel so tangible?

when one writes like this ...
one will never be invisible.
and I do so enjoy the way your poetic mind works ...

"Pretending while becoming transparent
Yet everyone still allowed to see"

"One can’t buy what one cannot barter
This, the eternal truth"

"Gradually all things are lost
And faded from mortal eyes
Like water between the hands
Like death even, when we die"

Deep Deep Deep ... you wear it well my friend.
very cool poem ... cadence kissed wisdom.

We wish ourselves beautiful,
we cry in the night.
Its not the love you fear ...
its the fall from the height.
