Meadow SeaAnd I settled for a time along the blacks and greens of trees, among the fuschias and the yellows of the melting meadow sea. And the thirsty sky sank slowly close so as to drink of me. Could a greater miracle take place than for us to look through each other's eyes for an instant?......Henry David Thoreau [This message has been edited by Meadowmuse (edited 03-18-2001).] |

This has a nice flow. Ive come to like free verse more since reading Whitman, and this reminded me of his writing. Good job. Keith every day is a new day with which we can change the world |

Poet deVine, I thank you for such an encouraging response. Melissa, thank you. As for publication, perhaps in time, when I am able to focus more completely on such a project. Will let you know. (o: Miss Marge, as always, my heartfelt thanks to you, my friend. Sven, sweet words from you warm this chilly day. Thank you.
