IT'S ALL ABOUT ME! (And you too, if you want it to be) 1. LIVING ARRANGEMENT: I live with my loving family in Arvada, Colorado It’s just northwest of Denver, in the suburbs just outside of the Rocky Mountain plateaus I have two sisters that are younger than me, an older brother too Hang on a second as I exclaim “I love all of you!” 2. WHAT BOOK ARE YOU READING NOW? I just wrapped up an excellent philosophical titled “The Power Of Character” Featuring famous people’s views on the meaning of true love and light, from Dr. Laura Schlessinger to Dan Rathers But now I am beginning to read some great works from the world-famous Sophocles I’m reading the story of Antigone, and my favorite Greek tragedy, Oedipus the King 3. WHAT'S ON YOUR MOUSE PAD? OK, I admit it, my mousepad is kind of dull and boring It just has the Gateway slogan engraved upon it, you see I believe it is made out of some kind of leather I don’t know, it’s hard to tell, it might be made out of rubber 4. FAVORITE BOARD GAME? I love board games, my favorite game is Scrabble Hey, did you know that according to a survey, this game can be found in 1/3 of all households? I also love playing Monopoly, chess, Twister, even Parcheesi Axis and Allies is the only game I can think of I find frustrating 5. FAVORITE SMELLS? Oh, how I love that misty jasmine smell after the summer rain stops falling It feels so dreamy, seducing me with a scent that leaves me musing I also love the smell of butterscotch and vanilla on fresh pine trees My father always tells me that vanilla faces north, butterscotch faces south, do you too believe? 6. LEAST FAVORITE SMELLS? I always feel like crying when I smell the scent of death It is so disturbing to me, it makes my stomach feel sick and upset I also hate the smell of Wednesday garbage stored away in our garage Just the day before the garbage truck takes it away, where I then sigh in relief, saying “Thank God!” 7. FAVORITE SOUND? I love the sound of the soft spring wind rustling through my ears Accompanied by the chirps of sweet sparrows and robins, filling my eyes with happy tears Knowing that such sweet creatures really do exist, singing their hearts out in harmony And as the night comes, I stay to catch the encore, starring the crickets and owls melodies upon a flowing stream 8. WORST FEELING IN THE WORLD? There is no worse feeling than feeling loveless In all my childhood, I had this feeling, I never did smile, I was always so restless People would beat me up, make fun of me, hope that I die I’d always have nightmares, I was too scared to fall asleep, because I thought I’d die the next day, I just couldn’t find the light 9. WHAT IS THE FIRST THING YOU THINK OF WHEN YOU WAKE UP IN THE MORNING? The same feeling I’ve had ever since I was fourteen years old Remembering the love I made with my dream girl, in which all my desires unfold We were so happy together when I was in her arms, touching her face, kissing her lips And while I still have that hope in me, I can’t help but cry in sadness, wishing to love my girl here in reality in who I dearly miss 10. FAVORITE COLOR? Either turquoise or cerculean blue is my all-time favorite But I love all the colors, I love painting with green, yellow, even orange I especially love it when all the colors are weaved together in a rainbow With the help of the rainbow dancer, I sway with the beauty of love to and fro 11. HOW MANY RINGS BEFORE YOU ANSWER THE PHONE? The number varies between one and about ten Though I have few friends that ever talk to me on the phone, so it doesn’t really bother me then I just can’t stand it when my caller ID endlessly says the information is unavailable For I wish I knew who called me so I could call them back, perhaps we should upgrade our cable 12. WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE FOOD? This might shock you, but I don’t eat pizza or cheeseburgers I have unique taste buds, I’d eat almost anything else, except maybe bratwurst Chinese and Thai food is my favorite, I love sesame chicken and the kung-pao And don’t forget the rice, noodles, seafood and tacos! 13. CHOCOLATE OR VANILLA? Chocolate, chocolate, chocolate, I love chocolate! I love vanilla too, but chocolate is my favorite ingredient! Chocolate cake, chocolate milk, Hershey’s candy bars, you name it Don’t worry, I really eat pretty healthy, but you must admit it, chocolate is tempting!!! 14. IF YOU COULD MEET ONE PERSON DEAD OR ALIVE, WHO WOULD IT BE? How great it would be if sometime in my life I could talk to our beloved God Have a long friendly conversation with Him, and thank Him for all the wonderful things he has taught But if I had to pick just one human being, dead or alive I would love to meet Gary Snyder, my favorite poetic idol, who fills me with such great insight 15. FAVORITE ALCOHOLIC DRINK? I have vowed to live a life zero-tolerant of smoking and drinking I want to live a whole life clean of the booze and drugs, for it hurts your health and self-esteem So this question does not apply to me I encourage all of youth to not smoke or start drinking 16. WHAT IS YOUR ZODIAC SIGN? Scorpio is my sign, according to the masters of astronomy Though there are horoscopes I don’t believe I just love looking up at the stars, that’s all I need to see to feel contentful My sister is a Scorpio, my brother is a Gemini, and the rest of my family are Leos 17. IS THE GLASS HALF EMPTY OR HALF FULL? I always see this question to be pretty well symmetrical It’s just like folding a piece of paper hamburger style, when you get the same result folding it hot-dog style I also well believe that it doesn’t really matter, for love will fill the glass all the way Just believing in yourself can bring love into your life, I believe now everyone has a love to share eternally 18. IF YOU COULD ASK GOD ONE QUESTION, WHAT WOULD IT BE? I would ask Him when I will find the love of my life The most purest thing I could ever believe in, the happy feeling that makes me feel alive So then I’d feel comfortable just waiting for the day Knowing the time will really come, when I could spend the rest of my life with my sweet girl, every night and every day |
