NOTE! THIS POEM IS CURRENTLY UNDER CONSTRUCTION BY THE AUTHOR. I was posting, my computer freaked out on me and I thought I was going to be disconnected so I went ahead and submitted before I lost it. I've lost too many good ones that way! LOL! I wanted to thank you,
As I rise from sleep having dreamed out some of yesterday's angsts.
As I open the curtains and view that the rain has ceased for now,
And the sun shines anew like my smile.
May I say that in you I found my love for beautiful and hopeful things again.
The dawning of a realization that I can come forward from the chasm with your help,
Will be my comfort and grin for the day.
Thank you for the silence you gave when I had nothing to say,
And you weren't trying to force me to talk.
Thank you for the comfort in the feeling,
That I was holding your hand over the line,
Curled up watching the weather that had me scared to death.

Well, I think this must be finished as I didn't feel the urgency enough to go back to it! LOL!

I never did thank anyone for their replies though, so I'm doing it now.
