Here you are, amidst it all. A survivor, your thought, is on my mind and it never sleeps. My body, has erased your touch, it cannot remember much. My eyes, barely recognize you, if you pass by me, I won't find you. Entertaining, playing games, in my mind your thought contemplates, your prompt return. But my heart, it knows, that it will never happen. In the fragility of it all, your thought, keeps pushing it's luck. It disguises, it dresses in beauty, just to captivate me. But even, if it tries for a life time to convince me, I will not give up trying to forget, you and your thought. |

This left me with a soft feeling, Walker, I have read it many times, it breathes sincerity. Kathleen Blake "When red-haired girls scamper like roses over the rain-green grass, and the sun drips honey." Laurie Lee [This message has been edited by Kathleen (edited 03-15-2001).] |
