Within a mist of sea foam dust Underneath a sky of pale rust Upon a quilt of softest sand Kissed gently by the wind on the hand Embraced by the sent of a sweet rose I wish to never awake from this doze The thought of it ending leaves me with sorrow I would stay here forever and forget tommrow Then far to fast I was taken back, to my bed Left with only the faint memory of a peaceful serenity in my head... ~*Peachy Be*~ |

Don't you hate when you have to wake up and face reality. |

Short and sweet memory. Well done. LW Poetry should surprise by fine excess...it should strike the reader as a wording of his own highest thoughts and appear almost a remembrance. -J.Keats |
