Well, someone requested that I write more so here I go: Like a car when it crashes, Like a heart being broken, Like a plane turning into ashes, Like losing an important token. Like bread that is sliced, Like a salad being tossed, Like a paper wihtout ink, Is the Titanic being lost. Like a stomach without food, Like a stapler without staples, Like a horse without a dude, Like a televeision wihtout cables. Like a pencil without lead, Like a tootsie roll with a big cost, Like a room wihtout a bed, Is the Titanic being lost. Poetry from the heart- 8th grade, now in 11th |

"Like a tootsie roll with a big cost".... hehe... i LOVE that line... you say you wrote this when you were in 8th grade? applause!!!! very nice indeed.... yes, keep writing and keep posting (by the way, though, you probably don't know, but these forums move really fast and though there are no strict rules, per se, most try to post only a few a day.... you write quite well! good to see you here ) |
