The Shikar

I waited a corner a breakfast to be
Toast scrambled eggs and a good cup of tea.
Watched the video’s bad new of the day
And shrugged my shoulders and turned away.

I noticed a women sitting at the bar
Speaking to the waitress whispering shikar.
This drew my attention to read her lips
And what she had said was a laugh and a trip.

She mentioned a date with a wealthy man
In a slip on a ship named Acrilan.
That never left this fine harbors grace
Just stayed there for leisure and taking up space.

He was quite bazaar in what he suggest
But it’s much too naughty for me to confess.
All I can say is she run from the scheme
And never went back to push the rich dream.

And she and the waitress guffawed like insane
Doubling over like they just sniffed cocaine.

Seymour you got the accent right down...I think this is delightful...Sometimes ya just can't help but eavesdrop into an interesting conversation......good stuff!!
