the double edge of silver knife to part the elements of life as above, so be, below... from air to earth I do bestow not my will, but thine I seek and bind myself to make me meek wisdom be a wish in vain enlightenment my fond refrain and with a flourish in a flash I cut the binding's satin sash and burning threads in fire strange and so it be--me rearranged. Ashes now from tempering flame to blow to winds of season's change and back to earth to ground again deny that flesh is made of sin. Take my tears to purify a saline ritual of fire May all I do be honor true a glory of the truth I seek And I speak may my thoughts reach, If this thine will, then mote it be. love this... but what does the title mean... If it's from Mythology I am poor in that area. ~Wynter "The worst prison would be a closed heart". ...Pope John Paul II |
