I travel to the depths, ...in search of my tomorrow, Seeking dispensation, ...relief from endless sorrow. Dark bridge of melancholy, ...my sanity its toll, Etched upon my soul within, ...does Thanatos inscroll. I climb upon the ladder, ...gateway to the mind, Each ring does carry lower, ...what hell have gods divined? They speak of absolution, ...relief from sorrow's pain, False gods I have consulted, ...illusions still remain. Previously I've entered, ...the realm of silent screams, Now I'm lost forever, ...within my waking dreams. [This message has been edited by Mike (edited 02-24-2001).] |

POWERFUL WRITING! I loved it! ![]() "The secret of change is to focus all of your energy, not on fighting the old, but on building the new. Socrates |

A somber, lightless look at disillusionment, decomposition of spirit. You do it all so well. Claire Could a greater miracle take place than for us to look through each other's eyes for an instant?......Henry David Thoreau |
