Tykes on Trikes Tykes on trikes have come to town, easy riding up and down, screeching, scraping my furnature, causing havoc is their nature, tyre marks along the wall, switch back hair pins in the hall, vases crashing to the floor, until I crack, and yell "No more !", demon laughter as they speed, down kitchens drag strip, without heed, toddling diapered biker tots, playing crooks and motor cops, infuriated by the din, I call a halt, and wave them in, "Highway patrol, licenses please", "We havent any sir" they tease, "I'll have to take you in" I said, "Trikes impounded, tots... to bed !". Olias. |
