Let me look at your eyes.
I know they cannot lie.
Turn your face towards me
and let me read your mind.
In time, I'll sure regret
it, but now I need to know.
My tears are permanent, just
like my fears. I'll pretend
that I'm very strong.I'll
pretend that I'm ready.
Maybe, just maybe, in your
eyes I'll find, that you still
love me. One caring glance,
will suffice.
