This is a poem that i have written about what poetry means to me. POETRY IS......... poetry is in essence just how we feel and act. Our thoughts are written down though not always exact. they have a deeper meaning than just what is being said, the thoughts are coming from our hearts, and not from our heads. For poetry is subtle revealing of the soul. The innermost feelings that makes a person whole. so as you read poetry you've got to take your time. To catch the meanings hidden between the written lines. |
