Friendship An Acrostic For the days when I’m feeling low Right away you bring me a glow I thank the day that I first met you Ever your sense pulls me through Not just by being there for me Dear friend who I value constantly Some people wouldn’t hear all this Hear the heartbeat of poetry’s kiss I only know that you are the one Person who sees my personal sun A Friendship like ours is strong and true I’m so happy I have a good friend like you Marsha Take back the hope you gave,- I claim Only a memory of the same Robert Browning |

Marsha~ Sometimes you read a poem and say, "I wish I had written that." And then sometimes you think, "I wish this one was written about me !" No matter who it was written to or for - that has to be a wonderful friend you have ! I would hope to be the kind of friend to others - that others have been to me. *Hugs* to you, sweet poet.
