Priceless to me

It's been a long time,since we kissed.
But seeing you like this,
wanting me, is priceless to me.
Days pass, they turn into weeks,
we're too busy to kiss.
But when we finally make eye contact,
our lips touching like this,
is priceless to me.
You take my face in your hands,
caress my hair, showing you still care.
I can smell love everywhere.
And our bodies dancing, in perpetual harmony,
is priceless to me.
The time is perfect for love,
but our lives must go on,
when we finally part,
and you whisper,
I love you, is priceless to me.
And until we meet again,
let's not forget that love
is as priceless, as time.

A quarter of a century must pass, for the writer to understand what and why he writes.
