Green meadows, surround me. In the vast horizon, you hide from me. The more I search for you, the more I need you. Yet,I smell you, just like before, I've also, felt you. In my pale hands, I've held you, only but a second, then you slipped away. You disappeared again, into the night. The more I search for you, the more I need you. But one day I'll keep you, and only then I'll be happy. |

Oh, if I could speak to the heart of these words, I would "DO NOT DELAY HAPPINESS" seize whatever you can, stop the clock and grab it and hold onto it for all that you have...it is priceless and cannot be stored! Forgive me, I got carried away from reading this. "When red-haired girls scamper like roses over the rain-green grass, and the sun drips honey." Laurie Lee |

Makes me think of a line in a song... "How do hold a wave upon the sand?" Very fine piece. I'm not totally certain the line breaks do not interrupt the flow. It may be just the way I'm reading it. However, the message comes through and it is a poignant one. |
