I still long to capture you within words that spill the depths of you that surround me endlessly Your fierce passion that knows no boundries Gentle love that flooded my heart with only a glance or a word so filled with tender emotion Your laughter so rich and free It always leaves me smiling Remembering The depths of you that embraced me completely in love A gift you gave Forever In my heart To capture and live a moment is truly living |

It's just the thought of you...the mere idea of you....and all those little ordinary things that everyone ought to do.......very good write!! The poet is like a cocoon; in him the caterpillar of the past finds rest, and from him the butterfly of the future emerges. |

Touching poignant you words reach and touch how could they not attain the ears of he so lucky as to herein described your feeling flows over indeed yet past tense may not the proper form be in this world of yesterdays memories which lead tomorrow life reveals dreams once emerge corporeal touches no time disdains nor guides all that is strikes chords alight harmonies yet unsung but on and on the symphony smiles waiting only to be heard "Time is merely change. It neither enslaves nor determines us. It is instead our opportunity for self-definition" |

A person that's gentle, passionate and that makes one laugh,is very easy to love. Love it, well expressed! A quarter of a century must pass, for the writer to understand what and why he writes. |

Dreamkeeper.... I know now why you have the screen name you do! This is a wonderful poem, well put together. I love the first and last stanza's. They say so much! Enjoyed reading this piece..... ~Sheri "The things that come to those that wait may be the things left by those who got there first" |

'I still long to capture you within words that spill the depths of you that surround me endlessly' 'The depths of you that embraced me completely in love A gift you gave Forever In my heart' Absolutely beautiful poem, dreamkeeper! Definitely one of those 'you read my mind' sorta things...I have to keep this one!! sp everytime I close my eyes, I see your face, I taste you on my lips... every night I fantasize that I can feel you on my fingertips... |

this is wonderful. . . I'm sure that you could see through almost any soul. . . ----------------------------------------------------- To the world, you may only be one person. But to one person, you may be the world. |

Thank you so much everyone! I was completely overwhelmed by all the responces to this poem, but I thank you. The struggle to capture the subject in those words was difficult. Appriciate your comments so much! To capture and live a moment is truly living |
