Wrote this last August, but these days are less than a month away. Virginia Salter Gotta mow, gotta mow, gotta mow, mow, mow gotta cut them green blades down! Gotta feed and water all ‘round the yard gotta pretty up my piece of town! Wouldja like to come along with me pushing, pulling to your heart’s content keeping the green from brown? We could have a ball a real yard-care crawl earning feathers for our crown. Oh come along friend it’s the livin’ end dancin’ to the mowin’ rag Up and down, back and forth, promise won’t be a drag. You and me and the bumble bee buzzing the creatures and weeds. Then giving a drink to the green and pink as we water and gently feed. © August 14. 2000 |

VAS, I'll bet all of those under snow would love to be helping 'ya. It sounds like fun, but I would rather be sitting in a chair with a nice cool drink. I am a watcher not a mower, Sorry. I like this though, ME |
