The Perfect Person The perfect person would know tolerance, they would be caring and never callous, they would embrace the good in people, ignore the questionable, and not tolerate the intolerable. The perfect person would know no flaws, not of character, nor of a physical nature. They would shine above all others, and lead like a beacon, all that have lost their way in the darkness, back into the light. The perfect person would never scold, and always recognize the faults and failures of others, could very well be their own, if not for circumstance. The perfect person would never err, slip, and fall from grace. There are no perfect people. But, we all have the capacity to strive to be so simply by asking ourselves one simple question before we open our mouths, pick up a pen, or lay fingers to a keyboard. "How would I feel, if that were me?" |

And if I had stopped to do so...I would likely be sitting in a much different place right now. A smart man learns from his own mistakes. A wise man learns from anothers. Had I been a wise man...and had I read this...who knows? Thank you for the insight. |

What a wonderful insight you have into human nature, and how well this has put things into view, speaking for myself. I know that to be perfect is unattainable, as by our very nature, we never will be. But to strive to perfect ourselves is an ongoing task. What a great write this is!! Live...Love...Be grateful for both!! |
