Heart
sliced by the knife
words
far sharper than
the sharpest blade
killed by the cold
of frigid rage
beats silent now
died before the advent
of age

Life
still lingering
can't quench
the fires of cold
nurtured
by empty remnants
tattered thoughts
still hoping
groping
for the days
before ice
was born

Empty feelings
dead
died in the cold
buried by words
of frigid rage
zombie walking
shell of humanity
gutted by words
mere words
just sounds
formed in the throat
of man
