Everything Has An End.

In years to come you will be witnessing
The fall of structures many years standing
People will see the fall of great monuments
And find that nothing is ever permanent

Inch by inch the Eiffel Tower will fall
So too will the flow of great waterfalls
To be replaced by other architectural triumphs
Or carefully planned rivers of concrete bases

The hills will come down in piles of rubbles
And inventions of super unnatural jungles
Will form part of the lives of generations
Where once roamed wild fauna and flora

Implosions will be the name of the game
As mighty buildings become unsightly
Rather than letting nature follow its path
Autonomes will control and destroy

To watch in awe of beautiful inventions
Effective in making lives better for millions
Will only turn to sunless covered structures
Where oxigen is manufactured at a cost for cures

Many centuries to come will alter thinking
Morality will be seen as a curse blinding
Destroying the innerself, rendering people
To nothing more than statistics with a use by date

Oh how wonderful states have performed
Transforming nations with the might of power
Telling us that this world will be a better place
If the last century is any indication of pace
Then really time has come to destroy the structure
Of state power over people and nature

SEA,
Thank you, you may have noticed a bit of anger in this. Holding back is never good.

Irish Rose,
Thank you, I agree.

Really enjoyed this piece.  The most beautiful man made gardens can't begin to compare to nature's awesome balanced beauty.  Thank you for sharing this.  Rae

Charisma, and Sandgrain,
Thank you both, there is a reality in how we handle this wonderful earth, it has to be done gently.

Daniel--A strongly expressed message in this read.  We must learn not to smother the naturalworld while enhancing our own humanworld (which is not totally natural..)
you convey a sharp to truth in that a change of pace is needed...excellent writing.

take care,
Poeminister
