I wrote this one last August when my e-mail program became infected. I had to dump it all and go to an e-mail off site. Thought you might enjoy this piece.

Virus Delirium

what happens when being silly
seems the only thing that makes any sense
when the world’s running 'round willy-nilly
and I’m sitting without my defense

when virus is running amok
in a tiny piece of my hardware
seems experts are too out of touch
for finding this virus in there

for I have a Mac3 computer
a type the virus ‘can’t touch’
but I’ll thank you my friend
to work on your theory,
cuz mine has it, thank you so much

yes, it messes around in my e-mail
Eudora light is its name
and Pretty Park .exe plays there
I know we’ll not be the same

I tried to warn all my addresses
that I had embedded in me
for the info within my Eudora
has traveled somewhere out to sea

don’t open letters or files
originating past 7/27/00
until further notice, my darlings,
just select and give ‘em the go

not to open and run
but skedaddle to far reaches
of desert and sand
not allowing a foothold to gather
out of chance they’re given to scan

Thanks, SEA, glad you liked.

Yes, Kathleen, PC's are the main targets of viruses, guess cuz most people have them. Anyway, the asset to a MAC is that there are very few that are out there able to affect Macs.

The liability, there aren't many people around that can help a person with a MAC problem. :O{
