There beneath a gentle moon, silence broken by the croon, of a mother rocking, babe at her breast. alone in the night, the world at rest. And there is peace. There beneath a languid sky, cotton clouds, cascade by. And willow trees bend, in awkward stance, a green gazebo made for romance If I should find it. There beneath ribbons of rain, that break from sky, easing her pain, and quelling the motion of my day, Be still for a bit, drenched in the spray of heavens tears. Here upon a fragrant lawn, sitting alone, for now he is gone. And all the world is keener to see, for there is nothing left, but my memory, and from today on, it will be my lover. |

Nature has that ability to fill the space for your heart to take a break. Your words are very refreshing. |

Thank you all for the time you took to read this. I don't post as often as I would like. I've kind of hit a wall, and am trying to climb over it. Any critism is surely welcome. Thanks again. Sandi |
